10.30 AM There have been around 200 people injured in six locations in the morning today, with unofficial reports suggesting that the death toll is between 20 and 25. The international media has already reported on the incident. It is reported that this could be an event of an IS frenzy targeting Catholics.

9.45 The Shangri-la and Cinnamon Grand hotels on the 3rd floor of the hotel have exploded and there is an explosion in the church building in Batticaloa.

9.15 An explosion at St. Anthony’s church in Kochchikade Sunday (21) morning has killed a few individuals, reports say. Also, an explosion has been reported from the St. Sebastian Church in Katuwapitiya, Negombo. The damage caused by the explosion has not yet been reported.
